AMR Consult has a wide experience supporting clients in undertaking condition surveys albeit this for due diligence or for estate wide planned preventative maintenance.
Condition Reports are produced by RICS surveyors.
Condition data reports are the products of surveys carried out to assess and capture information about a built estate condition. Our Condition Reports are produced by RICS surveyors and provide an objective opinion about the condition of the property at the time of inspection. They aim to inform the property owners on:- The condition of the property on the date it was inspected, with a detailed review of each element of the property (roofs, services, joineries, etc.) as well as security arrangements, as per your brief;
- Any defects that need urgent attention or are serious;
- Elements that need further investigation to prevent potential damage to the fabric of the building;
- Defects or issues which may be hazardous to safety and where further investigation are needed.
For education properties, our condition survey reports follow the guidelines of the Department for Education (DfE) and are based on its Condition and Priority criteria.
Following the condition surveys, we can develop procurement strategies and then provided all project management and contract administration services throughout the delivery phase.
