clerk of works

Making sure that work is carried out to the client’s standards
Clerks of works, also known as Site Inspectors, Site Supervisors or Building Quality Officers, monitor the work delivery on behalf of the clients. Their main responsibility is to make sure that work is carried out to the client’s standards, specification and schedule, so that the client is given quality work and value for money.
AMR has significant experience providing Clerk of Work services. We endeavour to master the project’s specification from the start of the pre-construction phase and to be on site as much as necessary during the construction phase, providing comprehensive and unambiguous reports. Our role also extends during the post-construction phase and defect liability period to undertake defects inspection.

Our Clerk of Works team lead has more than 15 years of experience working on building construction sites. He is MCOIB accredited and has completed full training with the Institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate (ICWCI).
