Simplifying access to Government funding to address elemental condition issues

The Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) is an annual bidding round accessible to Academies, small Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs), Sixth Form Colleges and VA Schools.
We are experts at CIF applications having submitted over 450 applications on behalf of clients in the last five years, and gained over £100,000,000 of funding for schools.
We have extensive experience in preparing CIF applications and administering successful projects. Of the 450 project submissions, values range from circa £20,000 for a minor roof repair project to £3+ million for large schools expansions.
