Masterplanning
As part of a wider multidisciplinary team, AMR was appointed by the College of North West London to develop the masterplan of the Willesden and Wembley Campuses from RIBA Stage 0 to Stage 2. The masterplan proposed using residential developments to fund new build college facilities. The proposal featured a 30-storey mixed use tower at Wembley and 6 residential towers of 12–20 stories at the Willesden campus. The proposed residential units at the Willesden were mix of for sale, PRS and affordable. The scheme also included a number of family sized flats.
