The role of the designer is to improve accountability and clarity about who is responsible for Health & Safety We believe that effective management of Health and Safety on a construction project. 
It is therefore important to appoint a Principal Designer at the first available opportunity.
Our approach to the role is holistic and see’s us taking control of all pre-construction phase parties and directing them towards safe project delivery. 
We can also discharge a client’s other statutory duties which fall upon them under the CDM 2015 regulations.
