Managing projects on behalf of clients and providing employer’s agent services is AMR core activity.

We lead project teams to deliver projects, from minor maintenance works up to large new build schemes, and coordinate the activities of the various stakeholders from conception to completion, рrоviding a ѕinglе point оf соntасt fоr сliеntѕ аnd соntrасtоrѕ.

Our role is to make sure that the project is completed to the expected quality standard, on time and on budget.

We believe presence on site is essential to build good relationship with all stakeholders and be on top of our projects.

We pride ourselves for our availability and ability to provide quick response to attend site and meet clients, contractors and suppliers whenever needed.
During pre-construction, our project manager’s role can also include:
  • Feasibility studies
  • Procurement support
  • Planning advice and design management
When involved in the construction phase of a project as Project Managers, we do offer contract administration as part of our services, as well as quality inspections and clerk of works services.

Our role as Project Managers includes cost management, risk management, information management, stakeholder management plan.
