Our core offering is Project Management – leading teams to deliver capital build projects, from minor maintenance works to large scale multi-year new build schemes. 
We coordinate the activities of the various stakeholders from project conception, through planning and onto completion, being the ѕinglе point оf соntасt fоr сliеntѕ аnd соntrасtоrѕ.
We ensure the project is completed to the expected quality standard, on time and on budget.

We pride ourselves for on being present for stakeholders and contractors whenever they need us. Whether via telephone, video conferencing or physically on-site, ‘being there’ ensures we keep projects on track, provide quick responses to queries and issues, and maintain motivated contractors and suppliers.
During the pre-construction phase, our project management role can also include;
  • Feasibility studies
  • Procurement support
  • Planning advice and design management

Our role as Project Managers includes cost, risk and information management, and stakeholder management planning.

When contracted as Project Managers we also offer contract administration, quality inspections and clerk of works services in the construction phase of a project.
